Chairman Sima introduced the business development of UPDIS and its flagship projects at home and abroad. He said that UPDIS has been actively aligning with the "Belt and Road" initiative, focusing on six major aspects, like smart city planning, coordinated development and city renewal and regeneration, and offering professional and diverse planning products and services for urban sustainable development. At present, UPDIS has maintained a sound momentum of development and seen multiple overseas flagship projects in such areas as New City of Luanda, Angola and Special Economic Zone in Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia. This is designed to help drive local livelihood and urbanization.
Director General Cao noted that UPDIS has been working hard to act in line with the "Belt and Road" initiative and contributing to the sustainable development of many cities globally, fully showing its corporate social responsibility.Shenzhen FAO would enhance closer communication with UPDIS, offer favorable foreign affairs resources and platforms, and provide services and support in areas including exchange of cooperation information, overseas consular protection and management of personnel on overseas trips, so as to help enterprises deliver steady development.
