In response to the "Belt & Road" initiative, China has launched a series of overseas port and infrastructure investment plans. UPDIS supports a central enterprise in carrying out conceptual planning for the port industrial parks behind the strategic seaports in Sri Lanka. Conceptual plans are developed for the development of the plots from the aspects of site conditions, target vision, spatial scheme, zoning intention, and phased guidance, providing reference for investment decisions.
