"Research and Demonstration of Comprehensive Decision-Making and Collaborative Services for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Urban Agglomeration": Studies under Ministry of Science and Technology’s Key Special Program on "Key Technologies and Demonstrations for the Internet of Things and Smart Cities"
The project focuses on the comprehensive decision-making and collaborative management needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration. It systematically analyzes the patterns and mechanisms of collaborative development in urban agglomerations both domestically and internationally, establishes a theoretical framework for the coordinated development of the Greater Bay Area, and overcomes key technologies related to data governance, integrated analysis, and optimized decision-making for comprehensive decision-making and collaborative services. An integrated management platform is being developed to drive collaborative innovation and high-quality development in the Greater Bay Area through demonstration applications in comprehensive decision-making and citizen services.
As a participating organization, UPDIS leads research on three sub-studies:
1. Policy Innovation and Coordination Mechanism for Urban Agglomeration Collaborative Development
2. Comprehensive Decision Support Technologies for Urban Agglomerations
3. Design of Application Scenarios for Comprehensive Decision-Making and Collaborative Services in Urban Agglomerations.
